From El Paso to the Bay: Latinos Look for Community After Shootings

After the El Paso shooting, which was targeted at immigrants and Hispanics, and the Gilroy shooting, a city that is majority Hispanic, I worked with KQED’s Erika Aguilar on a podcast for The Bay. We did street interviews in a Latino-predominant neighborhood in Oakland and shared their opinions on how the two events have changed their lives.
